The "curtain" of the toughest and most demanding Rally raid in Europe, the 14th Motor Rally Albania, has dropped successfully. For riders to finish the Rally, they had to travel first through a particularly demanding 2100 km route in full within seven days, with their clocks indicating around 80 hours of driving per day.

Three Greek moto enthusiasts took part in this top race. The very experienced in such kind of events, Politimi Kyriakopoulou finished 26th in the overall classification. As for the two male participants, Dimitris Charisis ranked 49th in the overall classification with a mechanical problem for two days and Panagiotis Georgogiannis was 52nd, after a bad fall that caused his injury in the hand!

Stubbornness, self-denial, persistence and hard effort, often on the brink of endurance, were the "fuels" that helped the two Greeks reach the finish of Motor Rally Albania, against all the adversities and obstacles they found on the way. Moreover, their believe is "Where there is a will, there is a way".

Charisis and Georgogiannis are among the few rally raid racing riders in our country and the performance they recorded in their maiden participation in the most demanding organization of the genre in Europe was admirable as a total of 200 experienced athletes were placid both in or very close to the first fifty!

The two drivers are officially supported by Most Wanted Warehouse and equipped with the Enduristan Rally Pack, a fully waterproof tail bag, 100% impervious to rain, mud and dust. This small bag is an essential part of the equipment of a Rally motorcycle, transporting essential items during the rally or enduro race.
