The rack can also replace the OEM rack, bringing your load and center of gravity closer to the ground. Finally the luggage rack can be mounted without the factory rack or passenger grab handles – allowing you to combine it with the AltRider Pillion Rack to create a flat, continuous luggage surface. All AltRider luggage racks directly integrate with RotopaX fuel packs, RAM mounts and Givi top cases (requires Givi top case mounting kit – sold separately). The rack is laser cut from 3/16 inch (4.8 mm) aluminum with CNC-routered edges that won’t cut your straps. Hardware is completely recessed – there’s nothing to catch on your luggage. The versatile design features strategically placed cutouts to maximize tie-down points without sacrificing strength.
