R120 G/S
The KIT R120 G / S marks a return to the origins of the G / S by keeping the comfort and driveability of your bike unchanged.
Once installed our R120 G/S weighs 6.4 kg less than the original GS. With 4 kg of weight reduction in front of the handlebar alone; the GS with kit is more agile compared to the production model. Both in the city and beyond.
1 Tank Cover

The kit is proposed to cover in two colors, choose the color by clicking on the picture in the configurator.
Compatible with versions R1200 GS from 2004 to 2012 (indicate the year of your bike in the configurator).
Pair tank covers in special resin and MAT with carbon fiber reinforcements, blue or white finish ALPINEWHITE dunkelblau, graphics and transparent protection. Give the bike a great vintage look reminiscent of the mythical version of PD.
Lightweight, fits very fast, comes painted with original colors, full of holes, screws, grommets, bushings and mounting bracket back turned to the front fixing.
The side right side can be quickly removed to service the air filter.
The rear bracket mounting is provided with a slot for engagement tank bag.
On the sides of the tank there is a logo of the original R1200 GS that you can remove from your bike or buy from the sales of spare parts Journal.
NB 5 m above the 3 clips for coupling the cover 2 is the original of your bike, where are you screw the supplied button measure M5 x 12 mm (do not use pointed screws M5 original because it can compromise the integrity of the tank).
2 Seat

3 Side panels

Pair of lightweight side panels, complete with stickers R120 G / S, or finish ALPINEWHITE or MATT BLACK and transparent.
They come with attachments, grommets and screws, can be mounted without any modifications to the bike.
To avoid damaging the painting of the frame is provided with a transparent plastic adhesive.
Are planned to house the looms ADV bags and our support for the original plastic bags Vario.
4 Rear Fender

It mounts very easily on the original attacks. And comes complete with lamp and tail light wiring compatible with the original plug, so do not require any intervention on the electrical system.
Comes with grommets for cable bolts and screws.
The original attacs Vario plastic can not be mounted on KIT R120 G / S, the plastic bags Vario can be mounted only buying our frame Code 1220.
The rear fender is provided for original logo R1200 GS (Code 51147721222), which can be purchased from the dealership BMW.

5 Front fender

The front fender is offered in three colors, choose the color in the configurator.
Capturing the lines of the GS 80's tip, finish ALPINEWHITE, you can mount up and fixed frame in the special attacks of the headlight Code 1216, or staring down the original location.
MATT BLACK finish can be assembled only staring down the original location.
NB models can also be mounted on the R1200 GS and R1200 GS ADV instead of the original giving the bike a very aggressive look.
6 Side cover

They can mount on original attacks and come complete with inserts and screws.
7 Riser handlebar

Special handlebar risers we designed and manufactured to the CNC machined from solid high-grade aluminum alloy, anodized aluminum finish.
Easy to mount on original accommodation, make it possible to mount the headlight frame of Code 1216 KIT R120 G / S.
With these risers the position of the handlebar and the upper part of the risers remain the original ones.
8 Headlight
Code 1206
Headlights, lamps h11 mounts (supplied in kit). The optical unit is the model R1200 R, then high-performance driving at night. The accommodation is light instead of our production.
It easily mounts on the frame Cod 1216. Can be adjusted and is provided with wiring with male plug compatible with the female plug of the original plant.
9 Subframe headlight

Made of steel with high resistance powder coatings.
It easily mounts on riser Code 1225 and allows the housing of the headlight, fender top, arrows and optional screens.
To mount the panel with tachometer and tachograph must be removed and inserted into the holes in the 3 rubber pads on the original frame.
10 Supports the fuel tank

These sturdy supports allow you to delete the original frame of the front light + + radiator mounting the fuel tank.
They mount attacks in the same frame of deleted and are ready to accommodate the rubber of your original R1200 GS.
They are made of steel and finished with high resistance to dust.
11 Bar crash bars and skid
Code 1211
Made of steel with high resistance powder coatings. It allows the installation of the radiator side through the holes.
Easy to install, it comes complete with spacers bushings and screws.
Most maintenance work can be performed without disassembly of the bar.
The additional side bar makes it very protective in case of falls off-road.
NB can also be mounted on the R 1200 GS the original versions from 2004 to 2012.
12 Support oil cooler

Made of steel with high resistance powder coatings, has been designed and manufactured to be attached to our bar cylinders.
It also serves as protection for the radiator.
Complete with screws for mounting the bar and ready to accommodate the grommets and bushings of the oil cooler of your original R1200 GS.
13 Oil Cooler

Laminated aluminum oil cooler with high efficiency and high quality construction, lightweight and efficient engine cooling.
14 Tubes Oil Kit

Full housing for connecting pipes of the oil cooler on the right side of the bar crash bars of Code 1211 KIT R120 G / S.
Complete with original steel clamps, unions and seals over copper connection to the radiator.
The connection fitting lower left side is the original one.
15 Rack
Code 1215
Luggage rack made of steel with high resistance powder coatings.
It mounts very easily, it employs the aluminum spacers and the original screws.
And 'provided with convenient handles for the passenger.
16 Windshield Fenouil

Reproduces the look of the legendary R80 GS PD adapted and revised for KIT R120 G / S.
Lightweight, finishing ALPINEWHITE and transparent.
It has good wind protection and comes complete with mounting brackets.

The KIT R120 G / S is supplied complete with VIDEO ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS, screws and accessories.
Some details have been deliberately kept from the original parts and must be removed from the original bike.
